ADMISSION PROCEDURE
ANNUAL COLLEGE SESSION
(As per the notification of RTM Nagpur University, Nagpur.)
Procedure for Admission :
- The students must fill up and submit the Admission form along with the required documents till the declared last date of the admission.
- The Admission Fees should be paid before the given last date. If not paid, the admission form will be considered rejected without giving any notification regarding the same.
- No Original Certificate should be attached along with the Admission form. The OCs should be submitted when the admission is granted to the student in order to complete the admission process.
- The Transfer Certificate and attested copies of the Mark lists should be attached with the form.
- The Xerox copies of the certificates should be attested from the gazette officer/Principal of the college/Professors.
- The forms regarding the EBC concession or the Scholarships should be duly filled up and submitted in the office. In absence of these, the student will have to pay full fees of the course. Attested copies f Mark list and the Transfer certificate should be attached with the same. The Caste Validity Certificate is mandatory for these forms.
- The Transfer Certificates submitted to the office will not be returned for any reason.
- The Admission is rejected if duplicate TC or certificates are procured.
- The date of submitting forms for E.B.C., G.O.I., P.T.C., and H.S.T.C. will be declared by the college. The students should submit the concession forms on or before that particular date. The concession forms should not be submitted with the admission form.
